Residential apartment with design lighting with total area of 256,23 m2 on the 2nd floor


The main entrance to the residential apartment is designed with an internal staircase, which is a rococo feature from the second half of the 18th century, and is one of the most beautiful in Prague. The entire staircase is richly decorated with floral decoration and rocailles. At the same time, this apartment has an adjacent entrance with a spiral staircase that leads to the private part of the apartment.

The layout of the apartment consists of two parts, a representative and a private part.

The representative part has four rooms, a kitchen, an entrance hall and a toilet with a bidet shower.

The private part has a master bedroom with a bathroom (equipped with a shower and a toilet with shower), a second bedroom, a bathroom (equipped with a bath, a toilet and a bidet), a separate toilet with a bidet shower, a dressing room and a storage room. The entrance to the private part leads through a glazed balcony.

The original casement windows are refurbished. In the main part of the representative areas they are supplemented with, also original, now repaired, internal wooden double-hung shutters. In the other rooms the windows have internal shutters. The doors are also original and refurbished.

The kitchen includes a kitchen unit with all the appliances required today. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space thanks to bespoke furniture sets. The dressing room area is also furnished with customized storage space (wardrobes).

In the representative rooms, air conditioning is installed; on the floor there are mosaic parquet floors. In the kitchen, bathroom, entrance hall and hallway the floor covering is cast terrazzo. Heating in the bathrooms is provided by underfloor heating. The apartment is not furnished.

The apartment is equipped with an electronic security system, an electronic fire alarm, including installed smoke sensors. The equipment includes structured cabling consisting of a TV cable, a telephone cable and a fibre optic data cable. A home telephone is also available.



  • The historic building is heated by a central gas boiler room operated by the Diplomatic Service.
