The entrance to the villa is via a sandstone staircase.<br \/>\nThere are two staircases inside the building. The main wooden staircase is in the right part of the house and connects the representative spaces on the ground floor with the living rooms on the 1<sup>st<\/sup> floor. The secondary stone staircase is in the left part of the house, it is spiral and connects all floors. The villa has original profiled wooden windows and doors with\u00a0original fittings, which have been restored.<br \/>\nThe building is centrally heated by a gas boiler, which has a domestic hot water heater. Furthermore, the building is equipped with TV antenna, a electronic security system and\u00a0a\u00a0simple computer network.<br \/>\nParking is possible in a separate double garage, which has an area of 36.30 m<sup>2<\/sup> and is located next to the building.<\/p>\n<div style=\"line-height: 2em; text-align: justify; width: 95%;\">\n<ul>\n<li>On the 1<sup>st<\/sup> underground floor there is the technical background of the building (a gas boiler, a laundry room, a sauna), a storage rooms and a spaces for the gardener, a bathroom and two toilets. This floor can be accessed from the ground floor by a side staircase or from the outside area of the yard.<\/li>\n<li>On the ground floor there are residential and representative rooms (a dining room, a hall, a room, a library with wooden paneling and a marble fireplace), a kitchen and a food preparation room, two a dressing rooms and a two toilets. From the ground floor it is possible to enter the sandstone terrace with balustrades to the garden.<\/li>\n<li>On the 1<sup>st<\/sup> floor there are five rooms, a separate bathroom, a two smaller bathrooms with a toilet, a cleaning room, two balconies.<\/li>\n<li>On the 2<sup>nd<\/sup> floor there are three rooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. This floor is only accessible from the side staircase. The remaining part is free ground space.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>This property is currently occupied, possibility of termination of the contractual relationship with a three-month notice
